I flip over to my backside when I'm about to hit wall on the last stroke and tuck my feet under and back ( I do crawl.) It's like an upwards flipturn.
bon, my goggles were fogless for about 3 months. And now they aren't. What's this about spit? I have a spare pair, but won't break them out until these actually leak. I'm swimming an hour plus, daily. Pool may be 80, but I am still probably sweating, and now I get about 10 laps in before everything is just a blurry mess.
Spit in your goggles and rub it around. It's pretty good at preventing the fogging.
Spit defogs goggles. The chemical defogger is just fake spit.

My mom is a poor swimmer. I wouldn't get out of the water. My dream is to have one of those pools where you swim against a current. or a lap pool . i just don't get to swim here. And nope, I can't see in the water, but it doesn't bug. me. I love the prescription mask I used in Hawaii
