Dear Cow-worker
I understand your office was going through a fire drill. But you could hang up on the conference call and spare the rest of us from listening to the crazy loud alarm while you are outside your building.
No love.

Yes.
Yes. Very often don't know what day it is.
Am home to hopefully intercept a fedex delivery. I'm getting furred by a Loki draped bonelessly across my lap. Please let them stick to their usual showing up around noon...
My alarm thoughtfully wakes me up with different sorts of music for different reasons. So if it's a weekday, it's Prince-like music. If it's to go to the ER, it's Miles Davis. If it's weekend, it's Kansas.

Tonight I am doing laundry and chilling; tomorrow morning volunteering with Habitat; tomorrow night Inception round three, this time in IMAX because you mustn't be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling. Sunday maybe cookout with at friend's house, maybe see The Kids Are All Right, maybe go to church.
I don't know if part of the reason is because I wake up to NPR, so it's always someone talking.
If it's weekend, it's Kansas.
Carry on my wayward son
There'll be peace when you are done
Lay your weary head to rest
Except not now, you lazy bastard
