What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I have discovered the hilarity of Axe Cop, a comic written by a 5-year-old and illustrated by his 29-year-old brother. It's pretty awesome. Here are some sample lines:

So the new team went to the land of volcanoes and fought the gang of dinosaurs with their axe and flute.

So Telescope Cop and Uni-Baby went back to their secret lab and ate apples. Then they grew apple hands that could shoot apples.

"I got a unicorn horn from getting so smart."

"I need to go to the Weapon Store first."

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

That reminds me of Matt Groening's Will & Abe cartoons.

I need apple hands that shoot apples.

And a Midnight Bomber Who Bombs At Midnight.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, banana Alpen muffins in oven. Glad I finally got off my arse on that one. Not sure what my excuse was.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

We have churched and lunched and done some homework. Now mac is in front of a movie and I need to get the house ready for the painter and get to the grocery store.

Because books.

What's the "Alpen" part, ita?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Alpen is a British muesli, Amy. Apart from Sainsbury own-brand, it's the only sort I like. Which is annoying, because it's a pain to get. So I shouldn't be wasting it on muffins, but too late! Now one just has to cool down enough for me to eat it.

I feel like I wasted an opportunity to use up yoghurt or sour cream, though. But it was damned quick and unmessy.

On final episode of Kidnapped. Definitely interesting.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Just tell me: is Tim Hutton's character sexy and/or evil? That's really the bottom line, for me.

Art Crawl!!!

He is not evil. Sexy is up to you. Kind of frazzled.

(Isn't he always kind of frazzled?)

Loved Kidnapped - watched it when it aired and then netflixed it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

He gets very focussed and determined. His hair slicks back and that might trigger what works for you.

It's wrapping up the final ep now, and welly well well.

Off the topic of Kidnapped, having watched something else I don't want to spoil, Tim Hutton being evil doesn't always work out sexy or well. But that was just a dumb movie.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I saw the same graffiti today on two different store signs -- a six-pointed star with three little lines at the end of each point. Anyone know what it means? Googling is giving me nothing. I saw it on an ice cream parlor and an anti-poverty nonprofit.
