Well, look who just popped open a fresh can of venom.

Because books.

I'm so sorry, ita.

::piles on more good wishes anyway, and bonus Winchesters::

msbelle, house! That's so awesome.

I think I figured out the twist in Shutter Island (the book) halfway in, and I'm really hoping I didn't. I also hope the movie is as good as it looks in the previews.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Congrats to you, msbelle!

ita, I join everyone in their concern and hope that things get better soon. Is your appt. early in March, at least?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

java - sadly Texas never really felt like home even when I lived there growing up. My parents being there makes it feel somewhat homey, and this particular house feels like me, so there is that.

we have 2 more gallons of paint, one is a shade lighter/paler than what was already painted and I will have him redo the entry room. Now to go room by room and mark everywhere that needs tough up. I am hoping if he does touch-ups in mac's room and the living room maybe tomorrow while we are at church that I can move furniture back to regular in those rooms and then pile up stuff from the kitchen and bath.

The status is NOT quo.

What great news, msbelle! What part of Texas?

What is not great news is ita's situation. I know you aren't lacking for emotional support, but here's a little more.

Jessica, I have been thinking about you every day and just don't know what I could possibly say beyond I'm sorry and my heart breaks for you and I hope the physical recovery goes as well and as quickly as possible. And the emotional recovery as well. We love you and are here.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

ita, all the support I can send, and wishes for solutions, or at least, betterment.

msbelle, house! Yay, house! And good luck with the painting.

I have to go help unload the cut lumber that's going to be bedroom and the rest of the living room bookshelves. I just want to pet it. Ooh, splintery.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Congrats, msbelle!

It would be nice if we were told when the water was going to be shut off, instead of finding out when we go to wash our hands....

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm frankly at a loss, but not for emotional support.

I just wish we could do something more tangible for you as well.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Congratulations, msbelle! That's a beautiful house and you will be able to do so much with it.

Glad there is at least partial relief, ita though not at all happy that it is only partial.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Forgot to say - Jess, we love you and wish you all the strength and healing in the world.
