I even have a car in tiptop shape, now! And it's clean, too--they threw in a complementary hand car wash along with comping me on one of the inspection costs, so it ended up being $1150 instead of $1200. And, the guy who I was dealing with on the phone all afternoon was the one who took his time going over everything on the list of repairs and explaining exactly why they did them. He did tell me that they couldn't fix the brake light because it wasn't the bulb but some kind of fault in the LED housing itself. To replace it would have cost another $260 and he would have had to order it, so I told him I could get by on the two side brake lights for the time being, and he agreed.
Jessica - I asked my friend who is an OB/GYN PA and she says that she usually has her patients wait 2 weeks for full immersion in a bath, but the doctors that she works with say 2 days.

And who the fuck is he apologizing to? The only person who he needs to apologize to is his wife.
And his corporate sponsors to whom he purported to be squeaky clean. Not to me, though.
