Turns out it was one take, no CGI except for the diamonds/container in the hand. Take 57 was what they used. The "shower" set is hoisted by a crane, the shirt that drops down is done with fishing line and has a coat hanger in it to make it stiff, the "boat" is a half a boat set on the beach, and they had this cart contraption that he sits on that wheels him onto the horse.
