Well, public education is a socialist plot, aimed at the indoctrination of our children.

I wish I was kidding.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Ugh. I felt awful with an incipient cold this morning, but I'm beginning to think the sudafed is worse. My brain is swimming.

Our wings are not tired.

Have you been talking to my coworker again?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ugh. I felt awful with an incipient cold this morning, but I'm beginning to think the sudafed is worse. My brain is swimming.

I hate that! I almost always find the meds to be worse that not-all-that-sick. And yet? I keep trying them!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Comcast seems to have decided I don't actually need reliable internet at home.

Fcktards.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Remember Joe the Plumber?

Kos sez this:

Joe Sam the Plumber Tax Cheat isn't feeling the love anymore:

McCain was trying to use me...I happened to be the face of middle Americans. It was a ploy...I don’t owe him s—...He really screwed my life up, is how I look at it...McCain was trying to use me. I happened to be the face of middle Americans. It was a ploy.

Let's all take a moment to shed a tear for poor Joe, who used his exploitation to publish his book, Joe the Plumber: Fighting for the American Dream; make money giving motivational speeches; appear on countless news shows to espouse his views on...stuff; and even travel to Israel to report on stuff there.

Okay, moment's over.

More Excellent News for John McCain

Debating whether to put my trash out at the end of the alley for tomorrow. It's not like my can is yet full, and it isn't going to start stinking anytime soon....

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Aaargh!

Mai's Vietnamese restaurant on fire.

We went here all the time when I was at Rice. I loved their vermicelli bowls.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I don't know if they're related (probably not) but there is a Mai's Vietnamese restaurant in SF. It makes JZ's favorite comfort soup so I go there whenever she's sick.
