I have some thoughts about what I might do, but right now I am serving the master by having a good lap for a cat nap

I am having a normal workday, except my commute was about 3 million times more pleasant without the high school students on the bus!
I also feel like crap-- my face hurts-- my sinuses and nose sort of feel like I got hit hit a bat across the nose. My eyes hurt, and I just feel bad (nauseated and tired). I have felt like this in the afternoons for about a week, and on and off for several months. I feel like I never quite get sick enough to go to the doctor-- no real congestion or mucous or cough-- but this could end any time.
That is odd Sophia. I hope it stops soon. Like NOW.
I started my thyriod med last week, along with a new course of iron for my anemia. They said it may take 4 weeks or more before I feel a difference. I wanna feel better NOW. I have a feeling I'll be headed home for a nap soon, then work the rest of the day from home. Joy.
I'm at home, where I could be working, and probably should be working, but I'm not. Also, it's snowing again.
I have Sophia's ailment, except that about a week ago it added a headache over my right eye.
I want those shoes, Dana! Super cute.
Until I started on allergy meds every day -- Sophia's fate was mine.
For me it is allegra , which is not OTC, but it is generic
Ginger and Sophia - any chance of a sinus infection? I had pains like that, even without the congestion, and was at the doc for something else. I mentioned the pain and ta-da, sinus infection.
I gave up and came home. CJ and I are flopped on the couch watching Supernatural. I expect a nap, or at least heavy dozing to happen soon.
I keep thinking it is a sinus infection, but the 'when to go to the doctor' things tell me only to go if I have "foul smelling discharge" for over a week.
I am trying to drink a lot of water hoping that something will come out!
I also have this weird problem where I have an abnormally low body temperature, so it never seems like a have a fever. However 99 is 3 degrees over what I measure on a regular day.
ETA- So possibly I should seek medical attention!
sinus infections don't necessarily have a fever with them. And headaches that are frequent -- mean go to the doctor. It is a quality of life issue
