Mal: So we run. Nandi: I understand, Captain Reynolds. You have your people to think of, same as me. And this ain't your fight. Mal: Don't believe you do understand, Nandi. I said 'we run'. We.

Our wings are not tired.

♥ ♥ ♥ Happy Valentine's Day ♥ ♥ ♥

Cause I love y'all.

I agree as above, total parent fail. I can't imagine not having kid change of clothes on even short trips. Stuff happens.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Eh, could be he was on change number five. And there are only so many outfits you can bring in a carry-on bag, even for someone the size of most larval humans.

Fair point, Calli.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Not -t, but as a cliq user, I like Aldiko, Sports tap, Where, My Days, My coupons, Gigbox and Sherpa. There's also a basic money manage I just got and don't remember the name of. Oh! Tv.com!

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I can't think of a Leonard Cohen song that would be appropriate for the Olympics.

First We Take Manhattan?

I did consider "Everybody Knows."

Everybody knows that the dice are loaded
Everybody rolls with their fingers crossed
Everybody knows that the war is over
Everybody knows the good guys lost
Everybody knows the fight was fixed
The poor stay poor, the rich get rich
That's how it goes
Everybody knows

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ooh, thanks, DJ. I didn't remember there were any other Android OS users out there. Now that I think about it, shrift is too, eh? Duh.

Let me go have a look at those.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Aside from the usual sheaf of card games and a Sudoku clone, I use Pandora, AP Mobile, NPR News, handyCalc, Ultrachron, and Note Everything on my Droid.

My note system is 3 banana. Advanced task killer and uninstaller are musts. Also photoshop is really handy.

Listen is good for podcasts.

I'm going to be doing an ER visit in the wee hours tonight, so the more the merrier. There's no good 3G reception in there. I had a Klondike solitaire and a couple old ebooks that I got bored reading on my old phone. Symbian apps are a bit limited. That's definitely a big reason to look forward to an OS upgrade, although someone tempted me with a Nokia E71 at the last minute.

So far I've had a look at My Coupon. Looks nifty. Do you use the subscription service, DJ?

Note taking! Thanks for the reminder. I will have to retype my notes from my old phone. Very irritating that those were never synched with either of my computers. But I don't have that many.

What do you guys do as far as backing phone stuff up?
