We're watching the movie Matilda which is confusing for my daughter who yells out things like, "Now I'm older" when they cut to the older Movie!Matilda.
But I'm struck by what a romance this is between Matilda and Miss Honey. I mean, I certainly understood that it was about their relationship, but it's really about them falling in love with each other. (Not in the slashy way. But in that student/teacher, friend way.)
