Right. Piano. Because that's what we used to kill that big demon that one time. No, wait. That was a rocket launcher.

I'm gonna have to go take pictures tomorrow. Some of the walls and mountains we built are truly impressive. Or maybe appalling. SHITLOADS of snow.

I feel like I've swum 5 miles. And I have a blister. I really hope the Y opens tomorrow because I think it'll help stretch out the kinks.

Making dinner now. Realized not eating all day+ hours and hours of nonstop shoveling= not smart.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Not weird at all Dana. I have been crying all day. This is unbelievable.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I choked up when the Saints came in.

Because books.

Aw, the one guy on the Saints was wiping away tears during the National Anthem! That choked me up, too.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

We have managed to excavate my car, and got it out of the space to move it slightly. Of course, we then found out that federal agencies are closed tomorrow...

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

ACK. That could have been bad.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm glad I took some pictures outside this morning while it was all Winter Wonderland. By afternoon, all the snow had fallen off the trees and it looks like, just, a lot of snow. Not quite as magical. I should have snapped some shots this morning when the sky was pink, but it was too cold to go out, even for a beautiful photo.

There's another storm in the offing. Tuesday, 5-12". sobbing

I apparently started a mass movement on the list-serv. We're trying to find someone with a plow, and folks are willing to chip in to pay for it. Wheee! I was out all day, so missed it blowing up.

Also, I'm thinking I need to shovel off my roof. But I don't have a ladder to get up there!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

We're trying to find someone with a plow, and folks are willing to chip in to pay for it.

If it's a man, can you call him Mr. Plow?

I let Loki back out on the deck. He's apparently willing to pitch in: he immediately started digging. Not sure where he was trying to get, but he was really into it, though he couldn't decide where to start. I know the feeling... [link] [link]
