Pretty cool except for the part where I was really terrified and now my knees are all dizzy.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

This info has long been available on Twitter, but SFGate now corrals a bunch of gourmet foodcart listings together.

Check out the menu at Little Skillet.

Heh. Yes, I am, because I really want to see Steph!

We'll have wings!! And ...other stuff! (Faf and i are about to go dig out her car to go get the wings. And stop somewhere else and see what we can find on the storm-ravaged shelves of a supermarket. Mostly for soda, I think)

They have an aerobed (I've been sleeping on the couch).

information libertarian

I think our football counterprogramming (Casper is loudly declaiming her unwillingness to watch) will be the movie Babe. It's like the puppy bowl, but with a pig and singing mice!

Vortex, if you do walk home tipsy at 11pm, please arrange a call with someone to make sure you get there safely. People die drunk in snowbanks sometimes.

thanks for the concern flea. I was kidding about the tipsy. I wouldn't walk home at 11PM alone without being completely sober :)

Our wings are not tired.

Daisy, I don't have the history with the Saints that you do, but I am extremely excited about this game. I have not rooted as hard for a team since back in the Niner's hey day.

WHO DAT?!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I really don't understand why I apparently have the same cold I had not that long ago, when I have so little contact with people! I am not sickly! And I hate a sore throat.

I blame public transportation and taxicabs!

I am super sleepy and am possibly hung over from drinking wine. I just ate an awesome BBQ pork burrito and am feeling better. Still sleepy though. We have a Superbowl thing tonight, but I am not motivated to go. That's nothing new, I generally have to gird myself for socialization.

Librarian Warlord

The neighbors have come out to help clear the driveway, hurrah! (We share the first 80 feet or so, and the DH and I had cleared about 1/3 of this so far.) Now that there are 3 people out there working on it, it feels like progress is being made.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I blame public transportation and taxicabs!

Boo -- I started with the sore throat on Friday, after barely leaving the house for days!

Oh! And I forgot to say this morning to Theodosia that candlepin is the One True Bowling.

Perkins linked to some China Beach vids on livejournal, and now I am filled with complete and utter longing for that show. I wish it was available legally, mostly because I am crap and finding and downloading things.

Ahem. A friend of mine made those vids, and is also making something else available: [link]
