Gwen: Demon, OK? The whole nine—cloven feet and horns and teeth. He wasn't wearing lamé though. Lorne: Yeah, the evil ones can't pull it off. It gets camp.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

One of the 7-11 guys likes me, and now remembers what I smoke. I always appreciate that. He also strikes up a little conversation, which I appreciate less.

I think that I will walk to work on Friday, that way I don't have to deal with the car if it snows like it's threatening.

It's restaurant week here too. (Though it's 11 days long.)

Went for supper at a nice restaurant with some coworkers.

The menu:

Chives Buttermilk Biscuits w. Whipped Butter & Molasses

Chef Craig's Garden Grown Squash Soup w. Maple Balsamic Syrup

our classic organic spinach salad With Goat's Cheese, Maple Spiced Pecans, Pickled Red Onions, and Honey Buttermilk Dressing

Basil Pesto Crusted Chicken Breast With Sweet Williams Chorizo Sausage, Caramelized Red Onion, Spinach, and Tomato Risotto

Dulce De Leche Mousse Torete Warm Chocolate Ganache Sauce, Candied Pecans, and Dulce Fudge

So good! Everything was wonderful, especially the soup and salad courses. The risotto was so rich, I would have been happy with half the amount that was served. I was almost

Unfortunately this was followed soon after by some tummy upset that I think may have been caused by my lunch, not dinner. But def. not a great night to have a four course meal, however delicious.

I don't watch Leverage, have never seen it, and yet I'm laughing at Amy's spoilerfont.

That could be because I'm stoned out of my MIND on drugs in an attempt to get this migraine to go away. I've been getting them so often that I'm thinking I might have to chance it with triptans. Fuck.

Now I need to find a shoemaker, since I buy character shoes and need them soled for the real world.

I need to do that too. I STILL need to get my fluevog's heel fixed.

I have my own 7-11, too. They've got me rung up by the time I walk in the door. It's the one with the guy who was in Kath (Nepalese) same time as I was, the really sweet Pakistani manager lady and the beautiful Ghanian student guy who I run into in Hampden all the time.

Pre-cabin fever drove me to do a mile and a half in the pool. Yay!
