I think awards shows are fair (for values of fair that don't actually include fair) game for time delay, but I've had pretty good luck getting random foreign tennis live as well as on time delay. The real (uh, I mean summer) olympics were shown at random times of the night. I'm pretty sure they'll go with the proper times for the west coast fake (uh, winter) Olympics.

The summer olympics were shown on west coast delay, so anything shown in prime time were usually spoiled for me since Yahoo (and others) would put winners on their home page the moment things aired on the East Coast.
