pet peeve: why is that after seeing several people wait for the microphone to ask a question of the speaker, you refuse to think that maybe you should wait for one to be passed to you as well??

I have tomorrow and Friday off. Usually, we'd also get Monday but the administration took it back this year because of all the snow days.
Work peeve: people who send an email and when they don't get an immediate answer either call or come down to my office to ask why I haven't answered them yet. Today, I was eating my lunch.
