Tread carefully (my syringe was for Mister Kitty for the same.)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, cool. My local farmer's market isn't there in the winter.

Apparently, we have one of the few year-round ones in the area. It's scaled down, but still worth it. Falafel, local dairy and cheese and egg vendors (reminds me, I need to make an omelet with the eggs I got last week for baking. Wanna see if I can taste the difference between grocery eggs and organic local brown eggs,) produce (both local and otherwise, though I understand it is still small farm-OOOH, should get omelet stuff there!,) coffee roasters, bakers/bakeries of various sorts, some antiquers, soaps, etc. It's awesome.

My market: [link] eta: apparently a lot more than that in the winter, it is just that the past couple weekends were post-storm so not all made it. Wow.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I need to come visit Baltimore again.

Maybe in December.

“Not dead yet!”

I'm so thrilled I'm going to have a farmer's market very nearby. Several within reasonable driving distance, actually, and a fruit market up the road that opens next week.

Because books.

My parents have a great one, but it does close December through ... April, I want to say. And where they are in PA, they get a lot of Amish selling baked goods and other wares in addition to produce.

Maybe in December.

The warm months are even better, though if you really want to brave December, I have a spare room. And katzen. As long as it isn't around the holidays.

The Las Cruces Farmer's Market is simply awesome, so I have high standards, but I'm happy with mine. So there are no biscochos or chile-brown-sugar pecans or a bazillion woodworkers and jewelers (it's really too local for that, whereas the LC one serves the entire county) but it does the local thing really well, and great veggies, in such a tiny space.

OK, I change my mind everytime I type it: Farmer's or farmers'??
