I happen to be very biteable, pal. I'm moist and delicious.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I would be so screwed if the power went out here. Everything's electric! Heat, oven, etc....

Also, I went out to see if I could find the Girl Scouts who were supposed to be selling cookies near here, but couldn't find them. And there were no boots left that I wanted at L&T. Hmph.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I feel like walking around petting things telling them I'm glad they're back. But instead I'll nurse the headache. They know I care.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

After our last power outage at work, my boss bought us all individual UPSs. (Before that, just the servers had UPSs.)

Because books.

I'm imagining your whole company outfitted in brown.

javachik, it's Elizabeth, which is my middle name. Noah's is Aaron, which makes him the most jewish sounding kid who isn't.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm imagining your whole company outfitted in brown.

Now I'm imagining all of us driving around in tiny UPS trucks....

Our wings are not tired.

Oh, Elizabeth is still pretty. She has a classic name.

Because books.

Elizabeth's my middle name! Named for my great-grandmother. I was her first great-grandchild. And Sara's middle name is Grace, for the record.

You know, I still always blink when you talk about your Sara. I don't know why, I went to school with a million Sara(h)s and was close friends with half of them.

Starving now. I swim faster when I am hungry, but afterwards I am ravenous.

Because books.

I could call her Sara Grace, if it would help. Actually, I often call her Gracie when I'm feeling particularly cuddly with her.
