It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am so sick of blowing my nose. Annoying!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That is insane, Cash. Were the reschedules for actual emergencies? Because that's the only way I can see going back to this doctor, if it were me. Ugh. I really hope you can get the appointment, actually get the appointment and then write sternly-worded letters after you've been totally checked out and cleared.

et delete the "asshat" at the end. I think the post stands without being deliberately bitchy. Why, yes, I spent a lot of time reading old B'cracy today...

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Yay for Grace coming home!

I was here for all the board drama, and I have no desire to relive it. No re-reading B'crazy for me.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Holy shit, we're getting high winds here.

And I was being all smug about the no-snow thing.

JZ - Feb 26, 2010 12:26:59 pm PST #11613 of 30001
See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Ooh, thank you, Sean!

Now I want a snowglobe.

I can't wait for Halloween.

(These sentences are all connected, I swear.)

Punishingly Intricate

Holy shit, we're getting high winds here.

The wind was general all over the U.S.

Or so it seems! My poor little car was blown around like crazy this morning. Hope it's not so bad when I head out in a minute.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I want to see the new pics, msbelle!

By the way, I am not sure that I have ever expressed how much I love the name grace-- so simple and beautiful.

Sophia, thank you so much. Her name fits her. Though I wish I hadn't been insane and sleep deprived and just wallowing in fear when I had to come up with a middle name because now I wish I chose something different for the middle name. Abigail mainly. Isabelle perhaps.

Stephanie, they will be three. YOIKS.

Also, YAY Hockey medal game on sunday!

hip deep in pie

The winds here are crazy. My house is shaking. I'm hoping we don't lose power.

Our wings are not tired.

What is Grace's middle name? I love the names of both of your kiddos, and my grandmother's name was Grace.
