Oh yeah. The monkey bite thing was a whole thing for a long time. Gus the Weremonkey.
In defense of the anti-proliferationista movement, it made a LOT more sense to be anti-Natter back when BtVS was still on the air.
I don't know that I've ever actually made an anti-proliferation argument in B'cracy, but I think I have become more anti-proliferationist in my old age.
