Our wings are not tired.

I find the whole to do about women on submarines to be much ado about nothing. Seriously close quarters are going to be an issue for anyone with major modesty issues, but I didn't think that was a gender thing. The whole thing @@

I'm totally traumatised by that article. In so many ways.

Same here, except I was taught to spell it with a z.

In completely other news, we are TV shopping. We're looking at something hopefully in the 24-inch, $275 or less range. I keep seeing a brand called Haier, which I've never heard of. Does anyone know anything of that one? Or any brands which I should run screaming from?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I was taught to spell it with a z.

It would be rude of me to rag on the American educational system, so I'll leave off.

His id is 708. Not WX influx numbers.

He also made a lot of invitations that were never able to be acted upon, so it was never ascertained if he was all (or anything) he said he was. And he painted a very dramatic picture of himself.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I know Annalee and emailed her to say that the story was false.

You guys, I am going to be a little disloyal. But if you ever wanted to invade Canada, this would be an excellent time. The Russia-Canada hockey game is about to start, and I bet that 1/2 the country will be watching.

Is that treason?

Is that treason?

Not while the Dems are in charge, you know they're too wimpy to do it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Gus came over with the Firefly influx.

I contributed a lot of pieces to the TV Tropes wiki when it first started. I remember writing up the bit on The Daria and linking her to Darlene Conner.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm totally traumatised by that article. In so many ways.

This? Was exactly the smile I needed to have at the end of jittery reading of that article and remembering that oh so fun New Year's Eve. Because it's all ~~drama llama~~ and then a spelling note. If we debated the pronunciation of the trauma, we could not be any more Buffista.

I am giving a presentation on plagiarism tomorrow and I really need to get it together and I am SO NOT MOTIVATED. But I did find a wonderful Dinosaur Comic for it. (Couldn't find a damn thing from Calvin and Hobbes, though there must be something.)
