Wow. Someone just emailed me about a conference she's supposed to go to, because the materials say you have to make your hotel reservation by 3/1. She wasn't sure what to do. I suggested she call the hotel and make a reservation, using the information on the materials. Um, seriously??

Maybe she's never made a hotel reservation before? I think I may have been unsure what to do the first time I had to do one of them for a conference too, since I'd never done it before.
