Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

This one, ita.

Huh. Lithium.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

and that was the end of that....

I seem to need more explanation. Are magnets bad for watches?

Eta: Nice atom, Allyson.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

My phone, purely coincidentally, is on the ten-best list, but I have no idea about Hec's or Emmett's. Yay! I needed something new to fret fruitlessly about!

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I think magnets can be bad for watches. I don't know if that's always the case. I seem to be able to make non-digital, or at least the kinds with little gears, run backwards.

ETA: Perhaps it's more correct to say I make them slow down, but that pretty much feels like the same thing.

Old watches, anyway, which this one was. I think newer mechanical watches are made with gears that can't be magnetized.

I did not know that. Good thing I keep my cow magnets and DH's pocket watches in separate rooms...

I want to get an android phone when my contract comes up. Anyone know much about those?

The one I have is so piss poor right now, it's a crapshoot whether I can actually call someone or have it not constantly drop calls. To text, I have to hold it up in the air and hit send.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My phone isn't even on that list. Hmph.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

I want to get an android phone when my contract comes up. Anyone know much about those?

I have the G1 phone, which was the first to use the android platform, and my Girl has the G2 Touch. I adore my G1, especially with its little pull-out qwerty keyboard. I have now synchronized my entire life via Google. I care not that this makes them the new evil consumerist we-run-the-universe corporation. I can remember my appointments again.

The Girl likes her G2 Touch, but gets frustrated with the fiddly virtual keyboard. I couldn't use one of those.
