We had a new sandwich lady in the cafeteria downstairs today. I want the old sandwich lady back. My turkey and swiss on rye was not toasted and I don't know what replaced the spicy mustard I actually asked for, but it was NAS-TEE!

I'm pretty sure VAT is just UK. Other countries have different rules. VAT applies to services, for instance, so it's not just a sales tax. I couldn't say if the same applies for all of the EU.

Is there anyone besides Jet Blue who flies nonstop from NYC to Burbank? (I can't use miles for Jet Blue without jumping through a lot of annoying hoops, but for a cross-country trip, nonstop is important!)
There are more options if I fly into LAX, but then I have to fly into LAX.
I don't think JetBlue flies to Burbank any more. They're Long Beach only at this point.
