Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, Dana has already self-identified. Can everyone else who wears holiday-themed clothing please stand up so I can look at you funny? Also, please state which holidays you observe sartorially.

Thank you. This will help my HTML-editty morning pass much more smoothly.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

The only holiday-themed clothing I wear are socks that my mother buys for me, and usually only when I have no other clean socks. I admit a certain fondness for the candy corn socks, though.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Typography nerds! Have you all seen the Neutra Face video? (It's a Lady Gaga parody with lots of clean, bearded men.)

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

The party is 3 hours and it is a stand around party, but people will not have eaten and the folks here treat free food much like college students, so I would not be surprised if some folks skip lunch that day.

So if I plan for 5 pieces per person per hour then I am good.

Yes, you should be good. Especially if it's dinner time.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

The only holiday-themed clothing I wear are socks that my mother buys for me

This is also my situation.

ita, maybe you should think about what the weather is where you are, versus the NINE DEGREES that it is here right now before you mock me.

At lunch my co-worker and I were talking about when we were kids how they used to always play the animated versions of The Happy Prince, The Little Mermaid and the Selfish Giant, and how completely depressing they were. They're all on You Tube: [link] [link] [link]

They're Canadian productions, so they were totally Cancon. The same company also did the Christmas messenger, which I described the other day "the show with the alien and carols." Angels, aliens...same difference.

As depressing as they are, they really were Xmas traditions for me, as much as Charlie Brown and the Grinch.

I have a sweatshirt with a santa face on it that my grandmother made me. It stays at my parents' house and in the years that I am there for Christmas, I wear it Christmas morning. I also have a dress with white and red poinsettias on it that I sometimes wear at Christmas, I made it, so I like it. I also wear a Santa hat as my winter hat for soemtimes the whole week up to Christmas.

No Xmas clothing.
