Mal: Well, look at this! Appears we got here just in the nick of time. What does that make us? Zoe: Big damn heroes, sir.

But does he get the green underpants?

His pref cracks me up.

Grace's nerd shoes were perfect, I have to say.

Broke the gingerbread getting it into the ziploc. Oops. But tastes awesome, high spice. Begs for plain whipped cream. Extra spice was a good call. Pumpkin bread is cooling now. I want to lick my house, it smells so good.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

He does still want green. He also chose the Hulk toothbrush today because (yes) it's green. He wanted a green pair of adidas! He cracks me up.

Aw, kid has good taste. Though oddly of late, I am departing from green and heading towards purples and GASP raspberry pink. Even chose pink gloves over purple at Target this afternoon (fucking cold and I have no idea where my gloves are now.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I know I'm different around boys I figure I'll never see again. I guess that is attractive. It's been a while since I put out any sort of long term vibes.

I don't think of the shoes you describe as particularly nerdy, but Noah's a wee thing! He doesn't care if his shoes are nerdy. Health of his feet is always going to be important.

Upon further examination, I'm quite pleased with the performace of the Wave detergent.

Tim Hutton does go a bit far in his father scenes.

Pretty sure I've never put out long term vibes. Signed off on that a long time ago for reasons I can't make sense of. I'm solitary. Is who I am.

Aaaand, I just broke the pumpkin bread too. Still tasty. Wonder why I break everything.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I didn't mean to be solitary, but I've sure got the hang of it now.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I think it's kinda wonderful that you and K argue about shoes. I much prefer it when DH & I disagree about things that don't really matter.

It's been a bit of a rough time for DH, for his whole family. MiL has been sick, sicker than she's been in a long time. And she is starting chemo again soon. feh. I'm mad at the universe's timing.

ita, I'm in Hawaii, chilling in the hotel after an afternoon on the beach, heading to a lesbian dance thing later. And would still take the hookup with your trans cousin :). Is that one in new Orleans?

Also, I think I have an ear infection. There's an urgent care clinic down the street, and I'm going tomorrow.

We got a comvertible (free upgrade!) and feel a need to drive around tomorrow looking sassy.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Where at in Hawaii, meara? You on Oahu?

Kat, DH and I have had the EXACT same argument about shoes for the kids. We tend to disagree on the little stuff.
