Gwen: Demon, OK? The whole nine—cloven feet and horns and teeth. He wasn't wearing lamé though. Lorne: Yeah, the evil ones can't pull it off. It gets camp.

Our wings are not tired.

Those spice dealies are very cool, Kat. Thanks for the link.

I post all my minutiae here.

No one I follow on Twitter uses it for minutiae. It gets a bad rap for that, but I get less minutiae on Twitter than I do any other forum I frequent.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Twitter has become the primary way I communicate with a couple of my friends.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Every time I try and get the other side of a Twitter conversation, the person I haven't been following is one of those 20-an-hour this-is-my-sandwich updaters. So I know they're out there, and they're talking with people I find interesting or amusing. But the few people I read don't update much.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I post minutiae here, on twitter, on livejournal, everywhere I go. I'm all about minutiae.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Minutiae is all I've got. If there was some smaller even more mundane unit of discourse, that would probably be where I'm at on profound days.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Oh my god. Enver Gjokaj is brilliant.

I KNOW! I will miss his antics.

Our wings are not tired.

I just outed myself as a gay-friendly on Facebook. Most of my extended family (those I saw on Thanksgiving in the "Inland Empire") are probably too polite to comment on my link to Senator Savino's great speech, but someone might. At best, they'll be praying for me in church on Sunday.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Just read that a freeway traffic sign I'd driven under many times was put up by a civilian and CalTrans left it up for over nine years, because apparently people did need to know which way to go to get to the 5 freeway from downtown. Now it's gone...they've put up a whole new sign, but they've included the guerrilla information this time.

I'd have to be caught having gay sex, in public, a number of times, for me to be able to cause a same-sex kerfuffle in my family. When they say it's 10% of the population--if you're not related to any gay people it's because I'm related to all of them. All the black female ones, anyway, and at least one of the males.

Which reminds me, I'm not sure if I ever told meara that the cousin I wanted to set her up with is a man now. If that's a problem, I have others, but the most butch of them is unstable and evil (she once broke up with a guy who was in the ICU after a suicide attempt over him. she later married him and then left him months after the lavish wedding. she also kicked her grandmother down a flight of stairs). But I can find others. Her little sister is kinda butch and quite cute.

eta: Who are these guys, or what show are they from: [link] and [link]

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Just read that a freeway traffic sign I'd driven under many times was put up by a civilian and CalTrans left it up for over nine years, because apparently people did need to know which way to go to get to the 5 freeway from downtown.

Whoa.

I had no idea.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I just noticed that a neighbor (whose truck I recognize) is parking in my parking space, that I am paying for even though I no longer own a car. We sent a message to the building and Craigslist months ago that the space was available for rent, but had no takers. I'm going to forgive it for one night, and after that, is it wrong to send a message to the building that if you park there without paying me, you are going to be SO TOWED, asshole? Minus the asshole?
