Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ugh - disappointing apple. And it's huge. I hate that!

Honey crisps from TJs. I've gone through 4 bags, and nary a bad one in there.

A good Macoun is the best apple ever, but many are Not Good.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

It's getting late for Macouns. I had to miss the farmer's market this morning for Super reasons :( I hope there are still some next week.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Bones: did everyone else just get a commercial break, then about 30 seconds of show, then another commercial, then back to show?

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I haven't watched Bones yet, but the chicken episode was a little eyebrow-raising. Like, did Deschanel get a huge concession in her contract for anti-meat episodes?

I think I missed the chicken episode. The big animal rights issue one I remember was the dogfighting one.

L&O:SVU had an episode about exotic animal smuggling last season that I couldn't even watch to the end, I got so disturbed.

This one isn't about meat, just gross.

Dammit, AND I bought the non-wasabi peas. Grocery shopping fail all the way around: didn't get some stuff I needed, got wrong stuff I wanted.
