Because you said work-related, I'm going to say sleep-aid or antidepressant? I don't really know what my answer would be if I didn't know what industry you worked in.
I was thinking of taking a tai chi class, and a search for it turned up something called Luohan Qigong. I haven't heard of it before, but the youtube videos that came up when I googled it seem similar to tai chi. Has anyone tried it?

If this was an ad in the work break room I'd think they were pushing some sort of "get your rest" wellness program. If it was an ad in the wider world I'd think someone was hawking comforters or fluffy blankets.

This was my first reaction as well. That, and "maybe global warming's not so bad after all..." Given your industry, I guess sleep meds.
My first thought was also that they don't hibernate. Second, it's cold and I don't associate cold with relaxation.
