I need to make cauliflower leek soup this weekend in prep for the 2 temp crowns I'm getting monday. And probably some other soft stuff. I'm taking all of monday off, so I guess I can cook some more in the morning.

Tesla coil AND artichoke dip! We win!
It would be completely awesome. And then there would be lightening!
CJ came home from school and fell asleep on the couch. He just woke up, afraid he was going to be late for school. Poor punkin.
Sorry to post and run, Zen. I am in Athens, GA.

How long did you let him freak out?
I have to say, wearing the short skirt had me feeling quite dynamic. I think the key was the secret skort component--the lining is shorts, so I feel like I'm wearing activewear. Key is not to act that way. Not sure what I achieved.
I had 3 skirts like that. I LOVED them. Too big now and I haven't seen the likes of since. Very tempted to see if I can have them altered.
I haven't worn skirts in a long time. Not sure if I have any that fit anymore...
I was looking at what I've been wearing lately, and I think another closet cull is in order; about half the stuff I am not wearing because it swamps me. I just wish I could lose the jiggly and the back padding.
flea, according to Mapquest, I-40 east of Knoxville is closed. If that's indeed true, I'd take the Charlotte-Charleston route. It's an hour longer, but if you get stuck in traffic in Knoxville, you may experience acute road rage. Also, the route they give you from Athens to Knoxville would take you on a secondary road through a mountainous national forest, which, while scenic, would make me crazy if I were trying to actually get somewhere.
Google maps routes me to Chillicothe OH via Charlotte and Charleston WVa, and say it will take 10 hours (UGH). But from Cincinnati home it sends me via Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Atlanta, and says 8.5 hours.
When are you going? Normally I'd say Knoxville, Chattanooga and Atlanta, but I-40 has a rock slide east of Knoxville and they're talking "months" before the road's opened. From what I was hearing on the Nashville news, the traffic in the whole area is nightmarish. If the weather's bad, I'd be inclined towards an even longer route - Atlanta, Nashville, Cincinnati - that keeps you out of the mountains.
I have some clothes that I went and bought when I was up a size a year or two ago. And I'm mad at them. I want to wear them now. I don't know if it's worth having them altered, and part of me just wants to save them in case I gain weight again. I could change meds again. Or I could just get heavier on my own. Stuff happens.
Knoxville traffic is kinda nightmarish in normal circumstances.
