I took the bag of crunchies outside to check if anyone had eaten what I left last night and also to shake it to see if he'd appear.
No go.
Here is my local shelter's lost kitty page. He is near the bottom. (It's disturbing that there are cats listed all the way back to April.)
Timelies. Finally caught up here after the long weekend. Now to catch up in Bitches.
That would seem to be all.
Oh, except, congrats to the Saints and their fans - that was a thorough shellacking. I must say, if it's not going to be the Pats this year (and it's looking like it won't be if we play like that in the playoffs), I'd like it to be the Saints. Older Pats fans know all to well about having a dubious history of competing in the NFL and how sweet it is to finally have an undeniably solid run.
Oh my goodness, sumi. Much come home ~ma for Ivan.
speaking of kitties - NYCistas, if anyone is interested or knows someone interested, a girl in my office had a box of kittens dumped at her apartment building and is trying to find them homes. I can get more info if there is interest.
Sumi, they say they often find someplace close to home to hide. Check basements, sheds, etc. My friend's cat was missing for two weeks, and she was finally found only two houses away in a window well.
This site has search tips...it also says not to leave out food. [link]
Maybe put some signs/flyers up? I know I pay attention to them and keep my eyes open.
Holy crap, it was a bonus! As in my director sent a commendation to my corporate bosses and whoa.
NICE, sara!
