If it's a baby...
I thought of that. I can't see it being filled out by someone who wasn't in a position to know (parent/guardian/health care provider) but that's the only possibility I could think of.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

My hearing has been going (not volume, just articulation)and I've been feeling pressure in both of my ears for a while. I am positive that I have two softball-sized balls of wax in both of my ears, and have Buffistas to thank for this assumption. I FINALLY made an appointment for tomorrow afternoon to have the assumed softballs removed. It will be so lovely to hear again.
OK, I know this is not news to most people, but it is SO LOVELY to have a proper dinner! And tonight's was all leftovers/premade, so I didn't even have to do anything.
Suzi, speaking as a middle school teacher, what you did is def. NOT helicoptering. I had a parent last year who emailed me once a week for a grade/status update (our system was not online), and I didn't consider that helicoptering. Luckily, my new district has the kids' grades online, so the parents can check whenever.
Also, I prefer emails. It's really hard to get in touch with parents via phone and emails are much easier, I find.

Okay, so glad I'm not alone here. I have itchy ears just due to allergies and whatnot. Every single day, I think I'm pushing wax into my ears when I scratch and will need to have my ginormous ball o'wax removed soon.
That's what has happened to me, ChiKat. I am dreading the Q-tip conversation, but I want this shit OUT.
OK, my ears are itchy now having read this so I shall go dump my swimming cocktail in them!
Annual busiest day of the year at work is now finally complete 11 hours later--yay! Now I get to go home.
I'm now wondering if I'm relatively deaf. I always have gobs of wax to get rid of. But I'm not a Q-Tip user. I've injured my ear canal before. It wasn't worth it.
At the pharmacy filling a million prescriptions on what is hopefully the last of my COBRA insurance. Switching onto a much cheaper but network-only one through my contracting company. I'm very nervous about the changeover mechanics. I don't want to be on the hook for any of my regular full expenses.
Oh! I forgot the best news of the day! My old landlord called to tell me he's putting my security deposit in the mail today! Man, I left that place trashed. But no actual damage caused by me, which I guess he counts as a win.
Good luck with the new insurance, ita.
Cool thing happened this afternoon! Coworker was leaving for the day and stopped by my desk to give me something. I had no idea what it was until she pulled it out of her bag--she is a recent Buffy convert and has been going through the dvds as she acquires them on the cheap from Target/Walmart. She happened to buy a two-pack of Angel S2 and S3, and since she had already bought a two-pack of S1 and S2, she didn't need S2 again, so she gave it to me (I only have S1 of Angel). I offered to pay her, and she waved it off.
I have to remember to bring in my S4 of Buffy for her to watch--the big box stores haven't had anything cheap for that season and she wants to view it in light of having watched S1 of Angel for the crossover eps. Our boss is also a big fan, and he's loaning her the rest of Buffy while she keeps an eye out for S4 and 5 of Angel.
