I still have one piece of pumpkin coffee cake left. Someone needs to send me the recipe.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Very well, Trudy. Thanks! I'm healing up nicely and I think I love my new boobs. I'm amazed at how much lighter I feel.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Go boobs!

The pumpkin coffee cake is good.

I discovered that my disc 3 of season 3 of Buffy won't play in my DVD player. No The Wish. No Amends. Very sad.

OH! just remembered that we have mac's old Leapster and games to sell. That should bring in close to $100 total which will be nice around the holidays. Now wonder if there are other things I should try to sell now. hmm.

Yay, Cashmere! Resists the urge to yell, "Pix?"

~ma to your BiL, Calli.

We are having chili for dinner and there is chocolate chip cookie dough in the fridge for after. The Christmas tree is up and so far, so good on kitty shenanigans. We are hoping we can keep it up this year.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's awesome, Cashmere.

This pudding is pretty good! I now wish I had taken the leftover butternut squash from Thanksgiving that my mother didn't want -- I'm sure it would work just right in any pumpkin recipe, huh?

I have to make a confession: I ate something with sweet potatoes that wasn't raw and I liked it. A lot. Sweet potato risotto. I'm still reserving judgement on sweet potato anything else. And I don't like the traditional sweet potato casserole.

And I don't like butternut squash, still.

Mmm... sweet potatoes. Isn't butternut what's actually in cans of pumpkin? I'm pretty sure my parents and grandmother are sweet potato and squashed out, since those are two of the few things she can eat.
