Man, the apple tarts I made yesterday turned out so good, I wish I had made more. My family would have been impressed with my pastry. Ah well. And I bet if I made more now, they wouldn't be as good. Aside from the fact that we are days away from pie-a-palooza.

I've had trouble getting it to load a few times lately--it loads in chunks, and takes a couple of minutes. I wasn't sure if that was my computer or not though.
