In 2008, you could use your FSA funds up to 90 days after the end of the year. Is that not still the case? I did the LASIK with funds from 2007 and 2008. And I didn't have to pay it back when I left my job!

No that's still true, but we can no longer use the debit card after December, so I prefer to use it up by then instead of getting reimbursed.
