Jesse, you could use puff pastry (or if you are lazy pillsbury croissants) as the crust and then do pie filling of your choice in the pastry. We do that with souffles and it is yum.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

There is a spot between my shoulders that has been itching for weeks and weeks, to the point where I'm about ready to go to the dermatologist. This morning, it's driving me so nuts that it's hard to concentrate on work.

Is that a first-world problem or just a stupid one?

premade crusts are fine. If using them in a small tart, I would roll them out a little thinner, though.

He doesn't see anything obvious. I have been trying to put lotion on it at bedtime, but it requires some contortions that are not really work-appropriate.
