Hmmm, I'm thinking we need a holiday movie/special death match.

I'm not exactly sure why I think this, but I need to know whether Emmett Otter's Jug Band will beat The Ref, or the George C. Scott version of Christmas Carol beats out the Alistair Sim. In fact, you could do a whole branch of the death match just on competing versions of Christmas carol, including Scrooged and the Muppet version.

Would it come down to Charlie Brown Christmas vs. It's a Wonderful Life, or a Christmas Story vs. The Grinch?

Anyway, I need recs for the pool. What are your must watch holiday movies?

There's It's a Wonderful Life and then there are all other Christmas movies. "Here's to my brother George, the richest man in town." Otherwise, there's Holiday Inn and the Natalie Wood/Maureen O'Hara Miracle on 34th Street.
