No big surprise--Brian Dugan gets the death penalty, and the Jeanine Nicarico murder case is finally resolved 25 years later. His verdict was announced while my mom was visiting last month, and she was surprised to hear that the case was still in the news so many years later.

Bleh, I've been feeling flatter than hammered shit all week. I know the layoffs are part of it, but I think I've got some kind of ick brewing. Again.
I am never so grateful for GPS on my phone than when trying to drive to my in-laws house in Pentagon City.
That's only true in some parts of Northern Virginia. In others, all roads lead to Braddock Road.
Is it too early for a beer? How about when I tell you I moved every single piece of furniture in my house today? By myself. Before 8:30.
