This is simply irresponsible programming. Its only possible use might be as a psychological warfare strategy against the resurgent Taliban--or dangerous insurgent groups. I don’t think it’s a good developmental practice to just tell somebody to just sit around and masturbate. I don’t think that promotes relationships.
And, I know he's a priest and doesn't have Teh Sex, but surely he can use his imagination to figure out that relationships aren't all about sex. Even though masterbation can be fun and satisfying, it's not the same as being in a good relationship. (I do maintain that masterbation is way better than a bad relationship, but whatev.)

I've just found a hopeful story about jihad and the Middle East. Apparently Gadhafi has convinced his insurgents to come up with a religious-based reason to reject al Qaeda and their methods.
