Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Awesome! End of the week is probably better for me, but let's email....

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I overslept. Mac woke me up when he wanted to leave for karate. He woke me up by running at my bed yelling "it's time to go". Not the best way to wake me, ftr. Still, we were out of the house in 35 min.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I underslept. Woke up before 6:30 despite going back to sleep numerous times, each time being sure I'd slept past my normal weekday wakeup.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I was up at 7. Maybe slightly under slept, but since I woke up on my own I'll deal.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I was up by 7, and am being kept alert-ish by cold medicine.

I used to be able to sleep in until 9 or 10--or I had krav to get to. I hate waking up this early with nothing specific to do. My crap for today can happen at any time.

Different meds, different age.

Wait the internet doesn't isolate people!

I wonder if I can convince anyone that tries to argue with me about this...It has stats!

Yeah, for me, it makes me waste even more time. A couple of hours sitting around watching TV can easily turn into many hours! But if I can get up and get moving, it's better.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Much to my amazement, despite the cats I woke 7-ish which was perfect for getting kempt by the time I had to leave for school -- and the door was open all night. I sense a conspiracy on their part to lull me into complacency... or maybe I just slept heavily.

Nah.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Teppy, have you looked at this one [link]? Since you have Fridays off, you'd probably prefer a 7-day thermostat. Honeywell has good ratings and a battery backup. You might see if he wants to give you installation too. It's low voltage wiring, so it's not dangerous, but sometimes it can be a pain.

That one, or the 5-1-1 Honeywell thermostat, were the 2 that seemed the best.

As for installation, The Boy lives for DIY shit.
