I have never eaten at any of those places- Taco Bell because the menu is too complicated and the others because I don't think we have them here.

Taco Bell? I do love it. It's totally not Mexican food. It's its own thing, and decidedly not Mexican. But I do love it.
Chipotle? I like it well enough.
When I want Mexican food, I go to a local place. There are a ton of taquerias around here that have fantastic, cheap food.

Inspired by the lot of you, I'm marinating pork tenderloins in chipotle lime marinade that I'm going to sear and finish off in the oven. I'll make some rice to go along with.

I have received my keycard for work today, which means I can go to the cafeteria and indulge in lunch from the local Mexican place that has a contract on campus. Mmm, chips and guac for me!
