Yes. Goodness, yes. For me, it's a change of work. New school, new kids, new coworkers. And, this school does not have staff meetings which on the one hand, yay! On the other, it's hard to get to know people. And, I used to co-teach a class, so I had that comraderie which is now gone. Also, I think the 45 mile (each way) commute is a big factor.
