I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I actually really like the bits with the actors and actresses. Even if they don't win, they all get a genuine tribute from someone awesome. (Or Halle Berry.)

“Not dead yet!”

Who is the actress announcing Kate Winslet? I like her dress. Nice combination of navy and black.

Marion Cotillard-- last year's winner.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I know they didn't write their own presentations, but my eyes roll that Halle Berry's speech about Melissa Leo starts about Halle.

Sophia looks...huh.

ita, last year's winner. From La Vie En Rose. Marion something. She had the scaly fish dress last year.

“Not dead yet!”

Why does Nicole's dress have feathers? It so didn't need it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Nicole Kidman's is the least objectionable.

Her breasts have eyelashes! I like Marion's better.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I'm not nuts about Nicole's dress, but I love her hair.

Whee! Yay. I love her so much. I haven't seen any of the movies, but I'm happy just because she's so awesome.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Have there been any unexpected wins?
