I tried clipping my nails short like that when I was learning to play guitar, and again when I was trying to climb rocks, but it never stopped feeling weird. Now they are all different lengths and shapes because I ran out of emory boards and keep forgetting to get more, but at least the tips of my fingers aren't all exposed and vulnerable.

Yeah, half an inch was probably understating it--it's closer to an inch in most places. I was wondering about giving it another week or two, but I'll ask the hairdresser what she thinks.

I saw the COMM(A) post about Duck and Shot, and if you want it to immediately allow curse words in your texts and such, I've heard that adding a contact named "Fuck" will allow it to go through. Acts as a whitelist of sorts.
I don't have an iPhone personally, but it's unfortunately impossible to live as a college student nowadays without reaching a certain level of proficiency with them.
