I've found it amazing how much physical energy is a mental thing. Since the day I started my diet, I've been feeling peppier even before starting to lose weight. I'm practically bouncing along! I don't get out of breath as quickly as I did. And I actually feel thinner, although that's absurd objectively since I've only lost just under ten pounds.

I don't think its absurd -- even if you're carrying fifteen grocery bags its a relief to put down one. I hope you get to enjoy each ten pounds just as much.
