Perkins, go to your local fabric or craft store, get a big spool of black organza ribbon (that's the sheer-ish, slightly shiny stuff), and tie pretty black bows on your tree.

Hey, I don't assume everyone knows these things! Otherwise people give me funny looks!
But yes. Bows as ornaments are the easiest thing ever when you have a particular color scheme in mind.
