Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, as of now, I'm planning for the prom, because I am not at my best on a Friday night. At least Saturday there's a chance I can save up for a few hours of "on".

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

ita, if you want I can probably give you a ride. I need to officially arrange for baby sitting still!

You're not able to the prom, java? That's a shame! WEll, it is actually all I've ever done since the last LA one was on the weekend of green belt test, so I was bit doped up on my (mostly natural) ...things. I do remember one of my favourite phtos coming out of that, so I was less likely to be as dead as I remember.

Currently Colin is sending me someone. I'm not sure who--it might be someone I've met or not. Dunno.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Dude, if you show up with Misha...

You think I'd show? Cue problematic noises from under the hood, nice and remote...like San Diego.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Fair point.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

**Ignoring ita !** Brain cannot comprehend without exploding.

I'm up, finishing my coffee, and then getting ready to head downtown. I'm thinking the Cincinnati Museum Center to start, or I may just end up wandering downtown. Cell phone is on.

Can't wait to see people. We'll have our own midwest mini-F2F.

That which does not kill you should RUN

Woo! Maria and flea and I have made plans, and will be checking out the museum center (often mistaken for the Hall of Justice) and then dinner/Graeter's/whatnot.

I am having a splendid birthday weekend!
