I probably have 5-10 purses at any given time. I do a purge every few years. I try to keep one in brown one in black and a summer bag in canvas or straw in any color. I do have one very 'spensive purse which is my default bag most of the time.

I am highly amused by the packing play-by-play.
Um purses, yeah, totally separate from bookbag/briefcase/etc that I use for work. Also totally separate from tote/grocery bag/diaper bag that is sometimes needed, although I often use said tote in place of the purse. I probably have 5 or 6 totes too.
