Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Thank you. They know he has NH lymphoma, but at its current stage the oncologist didn't think it would be laying him out like this. So I guess it comes down to whether the chemo is doing this or if there are further health issues.
Oh no. I guess I hope it's the chemo then? There are no good answers there.
They're showing synchronized swimming on Oxygen and all I can see is this.
Calli, much ~ma to you and your father.
Emily, happy first day and first week of school I hope the coming year is AMAZING!
Barb, I LOVE that little film! It's always been one of my favorite SNL moments. How heartbreaking-yet-hilarious is Martin Short?
I got to talk to Dad. He's still in Emergency. They don't know what's wrong with him, but they have him hooked up to various sensors and an IV for hydration and they're attempting to insert a catheter for the results of hydration. Apparently he's having trouble unclenching, so there're having some issues with that.
He says they don't know if they're keeping him over-night, but I'm thinking if they're just putting all these things into him at 7 pm, he probably won't be going home in the next few hours. I'll be heading to Kernersville tomorrow morning. [Crossposted with Bitches]
Oh, Calli. I hope it's just some minor blip.

That, and the 60-Minutes smoking sketch.
You can totally see the birth of Waiting for Guffman in that synchro sketch.
I'm sorry about your Dad, Calli. I hope they figure out what is going on soon.
