Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

Poor Brenda.

After the first couple of weeks, things should get easier, but right now it's pretty hellish on both of us.

She's such a big girl. Hellish indeed. Hang in there.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Yes, matt, I was always a theatre chick! And a lot of these are my friends from show choir! I did know they were gay/not interested in dating women at the time, but I forgot somehow that until my last year in college my closest friends were almost exclusively gay men, and now I am not friends with any locally and instead hand out almost exclusively with married, straight women.

Also, I am amused because these men all know each other and wanted to friend each other even now, despite the fact that some were 4 years older than I, and some four years younger, so they didn't necessarily hang out together in school.

Poor Lucy and Brenda> I forgot, is her name actually Lucy-fur?

Punishingly Intricate

ugh, Brenda, I'm sorry. I know within a couple of weeks she'll be used to things but I hope she calms down much sooner.

happy birthday Debetesse! Speaking of birthdays, I got my hair cut in preparation for mine. Now I need to go get a curling iron so I can do the ends and bangs the way she did. I've never owned one!

now I have a couple of hours to kill and am not motivated to do anything around the house I need to do. Maybe some laundry.

I'm watching Steeplechase. Every time they say "Mustafa Mohamed of Sweden" I giggle a little.

Yay new birthday hair!

In meMeME news: I deeply totally and unflinchingly hate arranging and editing and looking up and editing and pretty much anything-to-do with references and bibliography. As in, tomato-level hate.

I'm at the stomach-ache stage of "even if I stay up all night, I don't have enough time". So of course I spend some of that not-enough time whining on the internet.

Awww, I'd do it for you Nilly. And JZ would not only do it for you, she'd enjoy it.

(Also, brenda, I would totally come over to your house and wash your knives and forks and spoons.)

Watching Women's Diving. Anyone else get the feeling that Guo Jing Jing is just SO over it and ready to retire?
