Zoe: Don't think it's a good spot, sir. She still has the advantage over us. Mal: Everyone always does. That's what makes us special.

Coding and Sleeping

Feel free to contact me as well, if it is C++ or Java I might be able to help. My b.org and e-mail checking is pretty sporadic though.

Thanks, Gud. It's LaTex.

And the demon in the machine, of course. Or my poisonous touch. Or their combination. Or my keyboard who really wants to be banged to the rhythm of "Help!" (yeah, I decided my keyboard is a Beatles fan).

But, like with Tom - the very notion of willingness to help is a real help, in and of itself. Thank you.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Nilly, you're running LaTeX from a Unix or Linux command-line, right? You might try running "printenv" from both you and your colleague's shells, and see if he has stuff related to TeX or LaTeX that you're missing.

Serial: Also look for stuff referring to "DVI".

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Note to me: Don't use the word "detritus" in business emails, because it gets you mocked. On the other hand, it gets you instant callback, so perhaps it's a go.

Thanks, Tom.

We have slightly different versions (which are supposed to be identical, but, oh, well). The system administrator here already tried all the checking-for-differences and comparisons we both could think of. Yeah, nothing helped yet.

Now it wants me to do copy-and-paste just in one way and not the other. It only recognizes files inside directories if I copy-and-paste them in a specific certain way.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

What about Matter Eater Lad! He's from Bismol!

This is why I love Daisy Jane.

Your baconator talk is going to force me to cook a hamburger.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

It strikes me that a Cheese Baconator would qualify in the category of Very VERY Treyf.
